At C2 Creations LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom engraved items and handmade bags. Each product is carefully crafted to order with attention to detail that reflects our commitment to excellence.

10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee on all custom items from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Eligible Returns

Full Refund Available For:
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Products that don't match the specifications you provided
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Items that arrive significantly different from your approved design

Custom Item Considerations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, please note:
  • Custom engraved items cannot be returned unless there's an error on our part or damage during shipping
  • Personalized bags and totes with custom embroidery or patches cannot be returned for change of mind
  • Standard pattern bags (gingham, floral, stripe collections) may be eligible for exchange within 10 days if unused and in original condition

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery via:
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item (if applicable)
  3. Describe the issue clearly so we can resolve it quickly

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by C2 Creations for our errors; customer responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns (where applicable)

What We'll Do

Before processing any refund, we'll work with you to:
  • Understand the issue and see if we can resolve it
  • Offer a replacement or correction if possible
  • Provide store credit for future purchases when appropriate

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Custom items returned after 10 days
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Items with customer-provided design errors that were approved before production
